What is the EDGE?

A web based solution for evaluation, measuring, and monitoring events that occur in your office. It gathers data from your reporting system and converts that data into beneficial reports that guide business owners in creating strategic initiatives.

What type of reports does it generate?

The Edge generates reports that provide revenue information about the products, managed care plans, price points, staff, and procedures. We deliver this information with the ability to filter it for multiple situations. For example learn what you profits you really generate on a particular frame brand after the managed care allowance, then evaluate how well a particular staff member does with a plan, product or price point, chart the use of patients own frames, assess revenue produced with a particular CPT procedure code, and so much more…..

How do you collect information from my reporting system?

Our IT department will install an advanced program that pulls only reported information from your system. We do not obtain personal patient information and we do not insert or impact your existing system.

How difficult is it to use the EDGE?

The EDGE is user friendly. It contains easy to use graphs and support tables and charts. Each page contains its own help guide. Our expert staff is available to answer questions and concerns.

How much time is needed for learning the system?

Using our web based RESOURCES we have crafted the learning process in to 3 separate web meetings, along with independent study of tutorials and video.  Most offices can complete this in a few weeks time. If you require further coaching and guidance we can arrange for extra sessions. Each meeting is approximately 45 min long.

Is there a lot of input that I will need to do to set up the program?

Our data team does all the initial input for you. We ask that you review and update your information periodically. We follow a best practices guide to assist you in using your reporting system in the most beneficial way. We have software experts on our team who will guide you step by step and making your system work more efficiently for you.

Will my staff be able to use this?

We have two access levels to the EDGE. One is reserved for the Doctor/Owner/Manager and one for staff. The staff access is limited and does not have the ability to see large scale revenue information.

Is the system secure?

Absolutely. The EDGE system is housed in the most secure underground vault that is protected 24/7. Your security and confidentiality is protected via a multi chain system.

Do you create strategies and provide my practice with plans as a consultant would?

We first guide you in using the EDGE to make your own personal observations. We then provide you with a routine of what to evaluate daily, weekly and monthly to identify your opportunities and direct you in creating strategies. We do offer consulting packages via our mentoring program at additional fees. Our primary EDGE package includes only coaching in navigating the pages, and interpreting the reports with no consultative direction. Our vast RESOURCES library will give you insightful articles and tools that we use in our Mentoring program.

What is the Forensic Study, and why is not part of the EDGE?

The Forensic Study is another dynamic product from GPN. It is a complete in depth view of the profitability of your practice. It organizes your operational costs and utilizes a structure that delivers the power of your “Monday Morning Number”. Our counselors will teach you how to create this significant report on a regular schedule. The Forensic Report will crystallize the influence of your business decisions and how they financially impact your profit landscape.
