The EDGEtm
What does it do?
The EDGEtm from GPN is the only business tool that gives you the ability to evaluate staff, products, pricing, vision care plans & professional productivity with ease. The EDGEtm is the only web based benchmark and tracking system that not only identifies areas of weakness it expands on all of your opportunities. With your focus on patient care, your staff and the day to day routines of your practice you naturally divert attention from critical business health issues such as revenue growth, efficiency, cost control, competitive monitoring and maintaining profitable margins on products and services. This diverted attention results in lost net income of $35,000 per year or more and restricts your ability to grow.
How does it do that?
The EDGEtm takes the information from your practice management system and plugs it into a series of simple to understand “gauges” like the dashboard in your car. A visual glance lets you know where to focus and why. Coaching
The EDGEtm is a standalone product that is offered with a complete training program, which includes set up, customization, one on one personalized meeting, videos, a vast solutions library and support tutorials. We also offer additional speed sessions to assist our clients with mastering the use of The EDGEtm as a One Minute Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly routines.
The Forensic Study
This philosophy was an industry break through on understanding how to determine our true net profit for both the clinic and the optical. We will teach you how to track and separate the operational costs of both your businesses. Quite different than an accountant's assessment. It will give you a clear understanding of the impact of your decisions and allow you to monitor results on a quarterly basis. A GPN counselor reviews your financial reports and operational expenses. They will distinguish how to categorize and allocate items for easy interpretation.
Mentoring
Our advanced consultative program will get you the results you want today. The initial 4 month swat team approach we use will concentrate on securing your foundation for profitable transactions. Whether a patient spends $50 or $500, both interactions should be profitable. With concentration on products, pricing, vision care plans and education we will help you realize your potential.
